Siloam Health Science & Business College is a pioneer private college that was established in 2002 G.C to satisfy the society educational need by bringing educational opportunity in their locality . It is located in the Ethiopia, SNNPR Woliata Zone Soddo Town, in Selam Kebele in Arada Sub city . The college has the aim of developing people that excel in professional pursuits, demonstrate Ethical integrity and have the capacity to add value in their professional engagements.

In order to assess the relevance and quality of the vision, mission, and goals the SED Team employed several data gathering tools. Interview and FGD checklists, document analysis were reviewed.
